Palm State Home Buyers is owned and operated by LaToya Daniels and Kevin Daniels. We are based in Titusville, Florida, and we work with homeowners throughout Central Florida.
We’ve been operating since 2019, and we work independently. When you speak with us, you’re speaking directly with the owners.
Why We Started
Before starting Palm State Home Buyers, we worked as interior designers for homeowners. During that time, we personally saw people struggle to sell their homes because the property didn’t meet market standards. The house wasn’t renovated. It didn’t look “updated.” And because of that, they felt stuck.
We started this business because we believed everyone should have a way out of a property — no matter the condition. We wanted to bridge the gap between homeowners in difficult situations and buyers who are willing to purchase homes as-is, so people could move forward instead of feeling trapped.
The love we have for helping homeowners comes from the same place as the love we have for each other. It’s rooted in care, patience, understanding, and wanting the best for someone — even when things feel heavy. That’s the foundation this business was built on.
How We Work
When we work with homeowners, we focus on understanding their situation and their desired outcome. We try to put ourselves in their shoes throughout the process.
Selling a home often happens during a stressful time — inheritance, financial pressure, relocation, job loss. Because of that, we believe in being transparent about how everything works and answering questions clearly. We don’t rush people. We don’t pressure decisions. Our goal is simple: for you to feel comfortable, safe, and heard.

We also do not promise market value for homes. We are upfront about that.
